Vendor Relations
  • Vendor recommendations and assistance in selecting:
    • Venue, catering, and rentals
    • Decor/design
    • Entertainment (DJ, MC, bands, live performances, speakers, etc.)
    • Photography/photobooths/videography
    • Lighting and sound
    • Transportation
    • Hotel accomodations
    • Guest gifts
  • Scheduling and attending all vendor meetings and facilitating negotiations
  • Communicating day-of-event plans and finalized timeline to all vendors
  • Arranging vendor contracts
Day-of
  • Up to 10 hours of day-of on-site management by our head event coordinators. During this time we can:
    • Provide full setup, including: tables, place cards, centrepieces, guest gifts, and more
    • Provide onsite assistance, management, and coordination from start to finish
    • Oversee vendor production, setup and cleanup
    • Coordinate the flow of the event
    • Deliver all final payments to vendors
